2nd National Seerah Conference and Exhibition 2026

On 15th September, 2026, The One-Day National Seerah Conference & Seerah Exhibition was successfully held at NUML Islamabad on 15 September 2026 under the theme “نسلِ نو کا تحفظ، تعمیر اور کردار: سیرت النبی ﷺ کی روشنی میں”. Organized by the Department of Islamic Thought and Culture, NUML Islamabad, the conference commenced at 9:00 am at the Salam Block Auditorium.

The conference featured distinguished keynote speakers, including Prof. Dr. Muhammad Zia ul Haq, Vice Chancellor, University of Narowal, Punjab, and Prof. Dr. Muhammad Hammad Lakhvi, Dean, Faculty of Islamic Studies, University of the Punjab, Lahore. The speakers highlighted the contemporary relevance of the Seerah, particularly its guidance for youth development, moral character, leadership, justice, compassion, and social responsibility.

Mr. Muhammad Riaz Shad, Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences, NUML, delivered the opening remarks, welcoming the distinguished speakers and participants.

Dr. Riaz Ahmad Saeed, Head, Department of Islamic Thought and Culture, supervised the overall arrangements of the conference.

Brig. Muhammad Rafique Khan, DG, NUML Islamabad, delivered the concluding remarks and appreciated the organizers for promoting Seerah-based learning and values.
